Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a Kalruck account, and for the activity that happens under your business's account.
Free trial
New businesses receive 500 free AI usage credits, valid for 5 days from account creation, to try the Brain and AI Assistance before paying for anything.
Billing
Kalruck is billed in three independent parts: AI usage credit packages, a one-time AI Assistant activation fee, and a separate website subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard before you confirm any purchase.
Refunds
All purchases — credit packages, AI Assistant activation fees, and website subscription payments — are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kalruck for legitimate business purposes and not to use AI Assistance or the Brain to store or generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
