Try Kalruck risk-free before you buy — but once you do, purchases are final.
No refunds
Kalruck does not offer refunds on any purchase. This includes AI usage credit packages, the one-time AI Assistant activation fee, and website subscription payments (monthly or yearly), once the purchase is confirmed.
Why we don't offer refunds
The 500-credit, 5-day free trial is designed to let you fully evaluate Kalruck — run real searches, try AI Assistance, and see results — before you commit to a paid purchase. Because of this trial period, all purchases made afterward are final.
Unused credits and subscriptions
Purchased AI usage credits remain valid for their stated validity period even if unused, and are not refundable after that period ends. Your website subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time from your dashboard, but past payments are not refunded.
